I'm happiest when I'm out in nature. And I love taking photographs when I'm out. It's always let me slow down and appreciate something more. But, it is harder and harder to find the time to take pictures!
So, for the Center for the Inland Bays Get Out! fundraiser, I'm going to take and post one photograph a day to my social feeds for the month of September. The challenge and encouragement will help me get out and do what makes me feel good. And I'm hoping that everyone else likes the pics and remembers how great the nature of Delaware is.
I've decided to put the proceeds raised towards the James Farm Ecological Preserve near Ocean View. The Farm is really important to me: I've had a lot of fun there, worked a lot of things out in my head there, and feel really proud about how many people enjoy it. The Center uses the Farm as a place to teach and inspire students and adults about the Inland Bays. It has the most beautiful beach on the whole Inland Bays. And it is always free to use, 365 days a year.
Thanks for helping the Inland Bays and the James Farm!
