Govuni Network Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Houston dedicated to workforce development and creating a pathway to guaranteed employment for all Houstonians. The HOPE (Houston Opportunity Pathways for Employment) model integrates Federal Work-Study, TXWORKS internships, registered apprenticeships, and career placements to deliver skilled talent to employers with minimal risk while providing participants with education, income, and direct paths to permanent jobs in high-demand sectors.

The Govuni Mental Health Foundation (GMHF)—short for Govuni Mental Health Foundation—expands Govuni’s commitment to equity by addressing the emotional, psychological, and communal dimensions of workforce success. GMHF provides peer-led mental health and addiction support groups, educational resources, and healing-centered environments that honor lived experience. Our work blends practical tools with compassion, cultural awareness, and dignity. We believe that mental well-being is not separate from economic opportunity—it is foundational to it.
