The High Alert Institute is a 501(c)3 educational public charity in the All-Hazards, One Health, One Nature (AHOHN) sector.

From our roots in disaster and humanitarian work, we know that the health of people, animals, plants and habitats depend on each other. When something threatens ONE part of this system, the threat to the whole system is very real.

This is the essence of the All Hazards – One Health – One Nature framework – and this framework guides everything that we do.

In basing our organization on the AHOHN framework, our programs and projects are implemented by the 4 High Alert Institute branches:
