Holiday Giving 2022

2022 was a banner year for supporting low-income older friends through LBFE Boston | Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly. Thanks to supporters like you, our programs made a profound impact this year:

-LBFE launched Creative Connections in four buildings, bringing dance, music, and art instruction to residents where they live, free of charge; providing materials and supplies; and offering linguistically and culturally informed content.

-We expanded to 17 social, intergenerational CitySites programs, and doubled the size of our digital equity program, Digital Dividends.

-We hosted a summer cookout, a Thanksgiving Day party, and holiday celebrations.

Please make a generous, tax-deductible gift by December 31st to help us meet our goals. Every donation helps.

Too many of Boston's older adults still struggle alone and accept being isolated as a normal part of aging. But no one should accept social isolation as normal.

In these last three days of the year, please help the many lonely older friends who are unable to be with loved ones. Donate now to help LBFE provide friendship that spans generations and cultures to prevent and relieve isolation and loneliness.

Warmly,

Nikki Shults, Executive Director
