Together with you, together we rise. We innovate collaboratively with high-impact, under-resourced, and under-represented organizations to bridge gaps in an uncertain economy and changing climate — for resilient and sustainable fundraising, marketing, and leadership capacity building.

Leaders addressing social inequities often face overwhelming challenges—limited funding, overstretched teams, and the need for new skills to sustain their missions. The ImaginePod Impact Circle provides these leaders with the training and community to empower them.

Participants such as an activist in Chicago’s Southside, a nonprofit founder in Baltimore, or a youth social entrepreneur in Nairobi come together to learn critical skills in leadership, fundraising, and communications. They gain access to a global community for collaboration and support.

By empowering these leaders, we strengthen grassroots efforts that tackle systemic issues like poverty, education access, and health disparities worldwide.

ImaginePod offers free trainings by partnering with community members who contribute:

Soil Fertilizer: Even $25 funds a member for a month of group coaching and our online courses in Substack.
Seed Contributor: A generous $100 or $200 seeds an impact leader's donation prize when they innovatively and bravely publish a campaign to the world.
Rain Maker: Contributions of $500 and up allow us to bring more workshops to high-impact, under-resourced communities to change the outcomes they are currently seeing.

Knowing that leaders from marginalized communities are overwhelmed, under-resourced, and fearful of “making the ask” when fundraising, we set about creating a systemic approach. We believe and have seen that “together we rise” and that powerful decision-making leads to action taking with positive outcomes.

We bring in sponsors such as Givebutter and Donorbox to cover costs, and we created the ImaginePod Impact Flow Fund with seed funding from Kinship Earth to reward participants for showing up, creating a campaign, and launching.

Our members are incredibly motivated and high-impact – they deserve empowerment and training. We make it possible for under-resourced leaders to access top quality learning in a collaborative space.

In late 2023, co-leaders Abigail and Adriana decided to start day jobs with a climate financing coalition and a community foundation respectively in order to keep sponsorship money invested in ImaginePod’s community growth.

Our all-women, majority minority team helps us attract diverse participants who connect and heal their challenges from all over the world.
