Help us reach our $3,000 goal! The Create-A-Thon ends July 25th! 

Who we are: 

Knitting4Peace crafts hope, healing, and peace for communities around the world. With your help during the Create-A-Thon, we will be able to send more deliveries and meet the growing need for our services. Since 2006 we have delivered over 200,000 items and with your help we can get to 200,000 more! 

We are a small, Denver-based nonprofit that is making a huge difference in the lives of those around the world. Knitting4Peace is a community of makers who craft warm and comforting items that we donate to organizations who serve those in need. During this fundraiser, your monetary donations will allow us to continue to provide handmade items to people who really need them. Whether it is a much needed pair of warm mittens or the comforting hug of a Peace Pal, K4P sends care around the world. 

How to participate (Sponsor, Stitch, Support):

Sponsor: Here to sponsor a friend and/or Peace Pod?  Pick your donation level and then in the next window write a message so we know who you are supporting. We will then attribute your donation to that maker or Pod. 

Stitch: The need for our items is growing and we need to prep for the return of cold weather. Peace Pods and Makers are encouraged to make as many Knitting4Peace items (quality over quantity!) as they can between June 25-July 25. Make sure to follow our guidelines so your items are immediately usable and stitch, stitch, stitch! 

Support: You do not have to be a sponsor, a maker or a Peace Pod to participate.  If you would like to make a donation to support our programming and help us reach $3,000, you can easily do that here.
