Please be sure to enter your order details on the Google Form first, then calculate your total (tax is included in the price), then make your payment here to finalize your order.

The last day to order is Thursday, December 10th. 

Then please remember to pick-up your order at Sebastopol Cookie Company (168 North Main Street, Sebastopol CA) on Tuesday, December 15th between 3-6 pm.
