Founded in 2023, LAYA Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring and empowering at-risk and high-risk youth through employment training, life skills development, and educational support. The foundation was established in response to the growing need for structured intervention programs for youth exposed to trauma, violence, and socioeconomic hardship.

LAYA Foundation's vision extends beyond mentorship-it seeks to provide a stable educational and personal development pathway for youth ages 11-21. The organization operates with a holistic approach that combines emotional support, academic guidance, and professional skill-building to help participants complete high school, pursue higher education or trade programs, and transition into the workforce with confidence and stability.
