Mainspring Community Pantry provides healthy food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and essential resources to Portland-area neighbors facing economic hardship. Through our onsite pantry, mobile food distributions, senior food box program, and Re-Thread Clothing Pantry, we work to ensure that no neighbor faces hunger or hardship alone.

Our approach is grounded in dignity, equitable access, and community partnership. We meet people where they are and believe that no one should be defined by their past or present circumstances.

Alongside meeting immediate needs, we provide opportunities for volunteering, community service, and personal and professional growth. We value second chances and a supportive environment for the neighbors, volunteers, and staff who make up our community.

Your support helps keep our community fed, clothed, and connected to essential resources.
