This fundraiser is near and dear to my heart. As you guys and gals know my sweet Hannah was born with a little something extra. She is now attending the most amazing learning center. Story
Mini-Laps is a fundraising event that is led by the parents of our students. Our students attend the Little Light House Central Kentucky and receive much needed therapy and education services on a tuition-free basis, and Mini-Laps is the time when parents raise money for their child’s year at school. This year's theme is Dr. Suess! Mini-Laps is an event of celebration. Each student takes a lap around a coned-off Little Light House track as an announcer shares their Little Light House journey with the crowd. Parents fundraise in preparation for their little ones to show all their hard work!
At The Little Light House, we’re committed to helping children with special needs live life to the fullest. In doing so, we provide kids with expert care and education. We also give the parents the tools and support they need to continue the work at home.
