The Rocky Point Skyliner is an icon of Rhode Island history and remains an important reminder of Rocky Point's nearly 150-year history as an amusement park. But the Skyliner is hurting -- time has taken its toll, and it is now at serious risk of structural failure.

The Rocky Point Foundation is leading an effort to restore and repaint the Skyliner, making it safe and sound for years to come. But this effort has a high cost -- over $200,000. While The Rocky Point Foundation has some funds -- thank you, everyone who has Rocky Point license plates! -- it is seeking additional funds from possible grants and, yes, from you!
