Since its creation, the organization has made a lasting impact through neighborhood events, carshows, charity drives, and various outreach initiatives. In 2022, Neighborhood Superstars expanded its presence through strategic partnerships with workforce development programs, including the UAW Skilled Trades Program and Detroit workforce initiatives. We assist with program registration, job placement, and the promotion of skilled trades careers.

We maintain strong connections with trade schools, labor unions, ironworker associations, and organizations such as 40 Under 40, 1000 Black Men, the NAACP, and NSBE. These partnerships allow us to influence career development and economic empowerment across the Greater Michigan region.

Future Organizational Goals

Neighborhood Superstars Community Services plans to expand partnerships with corporations, labor unions, and community organizations to grow Michigan’s skilled trades workforce. Our goal is to offer more opportunities for stable careers, uplift families, and continue providing free carshows, mentorship, and veteran support programs.
