Open Works provides equitable access to high-tech tools, classes, and workspace for Baltimore’s makers and innovators.

Since 2016, we've enrolled 8,807 adults and 1,267 young people in educational programs; fostered 377 small business starts; and built community projects from Covid-19 PPE to solar benches with free wi-fi. In 2027, we'll break ground on a second location in west Baltimore!

For our tenth birthday, we are asking for supporters to chip in $10/month to help us grow! As the circle of supporters widens, the benefits multiply:

100 donors x $10/mo. = 1 ne laser cutter
1,000 donors x $10/mo.: 2 new staff positions at our future location!
