Operation Santa’s S.L.E.D. (Support Law Enforcement Drive) was founded in 2017 after members of the community came together to support a corrections officer battling stage 4 nasopharyngeal cancer. What began as a single act of kindness quickly grew into a mission-driven effort to support law enforcement families facing crisis.

In 2023, Operation Santa’s S.L.E.D. proudly became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to expand our reach and provide meaningful assistance to more families throughout the law enforcement community.

Today, Operation Santa’s S.L.E.D. provides direct financial assistance to families experiencing medical hardship, loss, or other critical challenges. During the holiday season, we also provide Christmas gifts for the children of affected families and organize special holiday deliveries that demonstrate the strength and solidarity of the law enforcement community.

Our commitment to these families extends beyond the immediate crisis. Through the Tammy Criscone Memorial Scholarship, we support the educational goals of the children from families we have assisted, helping them pursue opportunities for their future.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: when tragedy or hardship strikes, the law enforcement community should never have to face it alone.
