We are a Detroit Public Schools Community District PreK-8th grade school. P3A serves PK-8 grade Montessori and 6-8 grade traditional students. Here our students talk about their experience at Palmer Park Prep, and their dreams for the future. Every child in Detroit deserves a quality education, the resources to thrive, and a supportive learning environment. At Palmer Park Preparatory Academy (P3A), our dedicated staff, volunteers, and families pour their hearts into making this a reality every single day.

The P3A PTA is fundraising for key initiatives including:

📚 Classroom Stipends - $10,000 for books, technology, and supplies to support student learning
🍎 Teacher Appreciation - $8,000 to recognize and support our amazing educators with resources and thank-you events
🥪 Student Support - $14,000 for after school programs, school events, uniforms, and resources for students in need
🛠️ School Improvements & Beautification – $5,000 to enhance our outdoor classroom learning spaces
🚌 Field Trips & Transportation – $5,000 to provide enriching off-campus learning experiences
🌍 DEI committee - $3,000 to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
