You are advised that the $39.76 USD postage fee that American Patriot Service Corp. ("APSC") charges you is not a service or processing fee. Such funds are used solely to cover the cost of delivering your application for VA Benefits from APSC headquarters to the VA Service Center via UPS 2-Day Saver with a tracking number, which allows APSC to ensure the VA Service Center actually receives your application package. Once your application has been sent to the VA Service Center, the $39.76 USD postage fee is non-refundable.
