I founded Uplift to make a direct impact on women's lives at their most vulnerable moment.

Three friends, three different crises.

All three needed immediate financial assistance to bring them out of the situation they found themselves in. One suffered a catastrophic health event; another left an abusive partner with clothes thrown in a suitcase + her two children + her beat up old car; and the last friend suddenly lost her job, where she was the sole breadwinner for her family of six.

They all needed financial help to get them out of the crisis they undoubtedly had not planned for. They needed rent money, grocery money + a job.

THEY are the reason I started Uplift.

But they are not alone. There are SO. MANY. MORE. women in crisis that need one outstretched arm, to bring them from heartache to a place of healing.
