The Vision of REST Ministries is a world where young people live healthy lives.

The Mission is to help young people learn to live physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy lives.

The Strategy is to utilize various kinds of recreation, education, support, and training to help young people.

The Plan includes taking kids hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming.

The Plan includes building up other youth organizations by building websites, designing swag, teaching and preaching, counseling, organizing events, creating content, training leaders, and distributing educational materials.

The Plan includes building and managing recreational facilities that provide safe places for young people to gather, exercise, study, and relax. After-school programs, classes, and workshops will be hosted at these facilities also.

The Plan includes building and managing general stores that provide job opportunities for of age youth and help to raise funds.
