We urgently need a cure, especially as the incidence of Crohn's rises globally, but we're told not expect one anytime soon. After all, the causes of Crohn's remain unknown, and the more we know the more the distant the cure seems.
Having had five surgeries now and fearing for my future given that there's no prospect of my surgeries ending, I'm excited by this initiative by Propel a Cure which poses questions and seeks answers that the too fragmented and siloed research community may miss.
