Roof Recovery was born from a simple belief:
everyone deserves a safe place to rebuild their life — especially those fighting their way out of addiction.

This mission is personal to me.
I’m not helping from the outside looking in — I’m an addict in recovery myself. I know firsthand what it feels like to hit bottom, to fight your way back, and to rely on the kindness of people who could see something in you that you couldn’t yet see in yourself.

Along my own path, people stepped up for me. They gave me opportunities, support, forgiveness, and chances I didn’t always feel like I deserved. Those acts of generosity helped shape the life I have today — and Roof Recovery exists because I want to give those same opportunities to someone else who’s fighting their way back.

Working in roofing and construction for years, I saw so many people in recovery living under unsafe, damaged, or unstable roofs. People committed to staying clean but struggling to feel secure in the place where stability matters most: home.

So Roof Recovery was created out of compassion, gratitude, and the belief that second chances change everything.

Weaver Construction donates the labor, the craftsmanship, and the heart.
The community donates the support, the resources, and the belief.

Together, we provide free roofs and essential home safety repairs to individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction — people who are putting in the work every day, just like I once did, to create a future they can be proud of.
