About us:

Rock Steady Boxing - Boardman, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing an evidence-based exercise program specifically designed to impact the symptoms and slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders. We are an Affiliate of Rock Steady Boxing, Indianapolis, IN, which has over 800 Affiliates in 14 countries.

We offer a variety of physical and neurological methods aimed at slowing the progression of PD and providing support to those affected physically, socially and mentally by a movement disorder. Our classes combine functional exercises to target the unique needs of people with PD, helping them Fight Back against symptoms in a supportive community setting. Our coaches are Certified as Rock Steady Coaches through a rigorous training program developed by Rock Steady Boxing, Indianapolis..

Our ViSioN is a community where all afflicted with Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders, their caregivers, family and friends have an army of support knowing they do not have to fight this disease alone.
