Slow Food Wind River is a nonprofit hub for local food in Wyoming's Wind River Basin.

We’re building a strong local food community in several ways:

At Meadowlark Market we offer a year-round storefront and cold food storage to help local food producers sell their goods.
In Meadowlark Kitchen anyone can easily, affordably rent a professional-grade licensed? kitchen, whether they’re using it to make food to sell, throw a party, or host an event.
Our Food Reclamation Program reduces waste by reconnecting people with perfectly good, delicious food that would otherwise be headed to the landfill.
Through Workshops and Classes we provide low-cost opportunities to learn food preparation and preservation techniques, helping save money and bring people together.
