At Sterling First Aid CPR, our mission is clear: to empower communities, save lives, and ensure life-saving CPR and emergency skills are accessible to everyone—free of charge.

As a proud Black female-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we recognize the disparities that exist in underserved communities when it comes to CPR education and emergency preparedness. That’s why we launched our signature 112 Lives Initiative, a nationwide effort to bring FREE hands-on CPR, First Aid, AED, and Narcan training to those who need it most.

🚨 This year, we’re taking it outside with the exciting launch of our

112 Lives: CPR in the Park Edition!

Imagine families, students, community leaders, and volunteers gathering in local parks to receive fun, interactive, and life-saving CPR training—right in the heart of their neighborhoods.

Our CPR in the Park Edition will:

✅ Provide FREE 2-year CPR certification & overdose response training to participants
✅ Bring high school seniors, underserved families, and community members together in a positive, supportive environment
✅ Include Narcan distribution & overdose prevention education
✅ Encourage outdoor wellness, safety, and preparedness—all while fostering community unity

Why It Matters:
✔ Black and Hispanic individuals are 30-50% less likely to receive CPR from a bystander.
✔ Many high school seniors must complete CPR training to graduate but often lack access to hands-on instruction.
✔ We are the ONLY Black female-founded CPR nonprofit offering this service nationwide at no cost.
