The Strategic Initiatives Fund allows us to be proactive, innovative, and Spirit-led as we identify and equip new missionaries, invite them into the GSG story, and guide them toward their God-given role in His redemptive work.

Just as Jesus said two thousand years ago, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” That truth still shapes how we move forward. Mobilizing more workers is one of the most urgent and impactful efforts in missions today.
