Since launching our inaugural season, Pelicans Baseball has grown from a brand-new program into a legitimate regional powerhouse. Nunez is currently experiencing its most successful era in school history, marked by historic 30+ win seasons, exciting postseason runs, and an increasing number of All-Conference player honors.

But our true pride lies in how these young men represent St. Bernard Parish. Pelicans not only excel on the diamond; they also dominate in the classroom, consistently maintaining impressive team GPAs and earning Academic All-American recognition. For many local athletes, Nunez has become the ultimate launching pad, allowing them to earn their associate degrees before moving on to prestigious four-year NCAA and NAIA programs.
