Education at Sunrise Beach School

We at Sunrise know well that every student has a unique learning style in which they thrive. With this in mind, we intentionally develop personalized curriculum for each of our students to grow beyond what had restricted them before. Sometimes this looks like breaking subjects down into bite-sized pieces to help a learner understand things that used to perplex them. Other times, we push exceptional individuals beyond their limits to excellence they didn’t believe they could reach. Montessori style manipulatives, interactive curriculum, and a work-at-your-own-pace setup enables students to dive into their subjects with curiosity and excitement. A low student to teacher allows individuals to succeed as instructors take time out to intentionally meet the academic needs of each student. Testimonies flood our halls of those having entered with long lists of disqualifications and impossibilities only to rise above the tide and successfully graduate on to University, often with honors and scholarships awaiting.

Our Faculty & Staff

The Sunrise Beach School and Sunrise Beach High School Faculty and Staff believe our work here to be a tremendous honor. God has placed the call deeply within our hearts to serve Him, these students, and the families within our community with humility, compassion, and excellence. Our aim is to exemplify Jesus in both our personal and professional lives as we lead both children and youth through their academic journeys.
