The Filharmonic is a Los Angeles-based vocal group composed of Filipino-American artists who are committed to representing the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community through music, mentorship, and cultural visibility. Our journey began with a breakout performance on NBC’s The Sing-Off, followed by a feature in Pitch Perfect 2, and viral acclaim on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Since then, we have performed on national and international stages, collaborating with artists such as John Legend and Shawn Mendes, while staying rooted in our mission to uplift AAPI voices.

Our mission is to celebrate Filipino heritage, empower Asian American artists, and provide platforms that amplify our stories through music. We strive to break industry barriers and offer representation in spaces where our communities have historically been underrepresented.

Beyond performance, The Filharmonic is actively engaged in community development through workshops, vocal classes, and showcases. We mentor emerging artists, develop AAPI-led bands, and provide them opportunities to perform and grow. By building both artistic excellence and cultural confidence, we help our community take up space in the arts with pride and authenticity.
