We honor the humanity of our LGBTQ+ community, starting from a place of understanding and education. We value individual opinions and insights into one own's live experience.

Integrity:

We value honesty and transparency as leaders that serve to provide a critical resource for the LGBTQ+ community. We make decisions based on what is best for the organization and the community, not for personal benefit.

Collaboration & Initiative:

We value positive attitudes and teamwork to accomplish the task that is operating the organization. Ideas for organizational improvements or new programs are welcomed by the leadership and resources, as available, will be made in good faith to support such ideas.

Service:

We must lead by example, being willing to serve, advocate, and champion the LGBTQ+ community when no other party is. We value courage and boldness in our commitment to serve the organization.
