We are implementing additional safety measures such as providing hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue, requiring full vaccinations and masks for all event and venue staff, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Will proof of vaccination be required? Yes. Per New York City’s vaccination mandate, all individuals will be required to show proof of vaccination upon entry to the Prince George Ballroom. No one will be allowed into our event without proof of completed/full vaccination. We will accept: ● CDC Vaccination Card (or photocopy) ● NYC COVID Safe App ● Excelsior Pass (Available for NY Residents only), plus photo ID ● NYC Vaccination record or other official immunization record within or outside the U.S., plus photo ID Will social distancing be possible?
