Making ballet accessible to all through community outreach programs, education programs, live performance events with community engagement & involvement, and vocational training programs.
Bringing back classical ballet repertoire in its full splendor and making it accessible for today's audience.
Making the Piedmont Triad Area a center of excellence for ballet, attracting top talent (local, national and international) to come here, develop here and stay here; and raising the profile of our home cities and State on the world’s stage through international cultural exchange programs and guest artist opportunities.

Through all this, we give back to the communities we call home. We help drive the sustainable development of the arts and the socio-economic growth of our communities.
