Recognizing that 68% of transitioning military members gravitate towards project management, VPMMA helps translate invaluable military skills of leadership, strategic planning, and resilience into successful civilian careers by offering mentorship, community support, professional development, tailored training, certification assistance, networking opportunities, and ongoing career support.
