Every day, our Peer Coaches meet people in some of their hardest moments — in the hospital after an overdose, in court working through challenges, or simply in our community searching for hope. With compassion and lived experience, our team shows up to say: You are not alone, recovery is possible, and we will walk with you.

We’ve seen individuals move from crisis to stability, families begin to heal and reconnect, and milestones are celebrated that once seemed impossible. Together with our community partners, Walton Empowers is creating real pathways to treatment, housing, family reunification, and long-term recovery.
