Step into the magic of winter solstice with a transformative sound bath experience led by Elaine Spicer. As we honor the longest night of the year and the return of the light, allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation.

Just bring yourself and an open heart. We'll provide mats and blankets, though you're welcome to bring extra layers or anything that helps you feel comfortable during the session.
