April is Autism Awareness Month or what I would rather call it - Autism Acceptance Month. I feel like most people are AWARE that Autism exists, it’s now time to become more accepting  of all individuals with Autism. I urge everyone to be kind, be inclusive. 
I have set a lofty goal for my team of $1,000 but I know my friends and family will rise to the occasion because they adore Boston. The challenges he faces daily with the added diagnosis of  Non-Verbal Autism are overwhelming most days but since we have joined the Down Syndrome Connection organization we feel loved and supported and honestly $1,000 doesn’t even begin to cover the thankfulness we feel!
