One of the most significant fixed expenses of the Dhammadharini community is property insurance for Dhammadharini Monastery - required by the bank that holds the monastery mortgage (which has now been paid down to be below $250k!).

Insurance has become increasingly expensive in the California insurance market. Full support for this expense for the year would remove significant pressure from the Dhammadharini Support Foundation budget.
