Sweet Bear Rescue Farm is celebrating FIVE YEARS of Animal Rescue! In these five years, we have not only provided a safe and stable home for our nearly fifty residents to live out their days, but we've also helped with other rescue opportunities. We have advocated for the excellent work everyone in this field is doing! We have not only survived, we have actually thrived despite a pandemic, a tree hit our house, my near-death experience, and the closing of Sanctuary Brewing which was our main source of income for these residents. We have suffered immeasurable loss over the past three years, and throughout the pandemic, we did nearly zero intakes as money was tight and the future was uncertain. But we are coming out of that at last! It's a new day and a bright future! We welcomed three dwarf goats to our family, and an adorable pig named Leon. In March we added Boo, our very senior dog who joined Trixie (also a senior). We'd love to celebrate all of our accomplishments with you and we'll be hosting an open house on October 30th! In honor of this momentous milestone, our goal is to raise 1k for every year we've been saving lives, so let's get to 5k this October!
