UNAfied is a joint event with the University of North Alabama Culinary Department and Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa! This culinary extravaganza is a fundraising event with proceeds going toward the Jeff Eubanks Endowment at UNA Foundation.

Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:30 pm with dinner service at 6:15 pm. Each course of the meal will feature thoughtfully composed, well executed ingenuity by the culinary students with the guidance of their mentors from the University and Marriott Shoals. Grammy winner Yates McKendree will perform throughout the evening to truly capture the essence of this event. Cocktail attire recommended.
