Help Us Feed Our Minneapolis Students and Their Families

Hi! We're EGG (Educators Giving Groceries), a small Minneapolis-based group of public school teachers and school parents feeding our students and their families. Every week our team of volunteers shops, packs, and delivers food directly to kids and families (35 families last week). But here's the thing - we don't personally have enough money to provide for all those families. That's why we're asking you to help us.

The affected families who attend this Title 1 (low-income) public school are suffering. Their children want to attend school, but can't, and parents are unable to leave their homes to buy food or even to work, fearful of being abducted and taken away from their children.

How You Can Help

We've been funding what we can out of our own pockets, but it's not enough to buy groceries for ~150 people/week. Because we have no overhead and are 100% volunteer-operated, every single cent of every donation goes directly to food, rent, utilities, and other necessities for scared, innocent children and families.

Please donate and pass this link along to the good people you know.
