Legal Fees Needed to Defend From Biased Prosecution!

An antiracist protester is being prosecuted unfairly by right-wing DA Summer Stephan for defending San Diego from violent Proud Boys and members of American Guard, a hate group the ADL deems "hardcore white supremacists".

The DA has not even accused this protester of committing any violent crimes. Instead he is being charged with "conspiracy" because he showed up as a medic to a protest where other Black Lives Matter protesters fought with violent white supremacists. This is guilt-by-association. The defense team will expose the holes in the DA's case.

Summer Stephan, who infamously ran a campaign website featuring antisemitic conspiracy theories about "antifa" and George Soros, accepted campaign donations from the President of the same violent hardcore white supremacist group who form her key witnesses in this prosecution of so-called "antifa members".

Defendants are being railroaded by a corrupt DA who has long maintained cozy connections with white supremacist groups. These white supremacists have attended the DA's campaign events and have even donated to her campaign.

If successful, this biased prosecution poses a dangerous legal precedent across the entire country. The DA has withheld key evidence in this case and there has already been one motion to disqualify her office from the prosecution due to bias.
