This holiday season, our tree tells a simple but powerful story. Hope begins with a meal or a pair of shoes.

A professionally styled Christmas tree stands as a reminder that one small act of kindness can restore hope and let someone know they matter. Among the ornaments are shoes of every kind—work boots, sneakers, children’s shoes, and dress shoes. Each pair represents a different person and circumstance in our community.

Shoes are more than footwear. They mean warmth. Protection. The ability to work. The confidence to walk into a new opportunity. Just as a warm meal nourishes the body, a pair of shoes helps someone move forward with dignity.

At Outreach on 7th, this is the heart of what we do. Every weekday we serve hot meals and bag lunches. We offer a place to shower, do laundry, receive mail, and connect with support. We provide basic essentials—because dignity begins with the simple things so many of us take for granted.

Your gift helps us continue that work: one meal, one pair of shoes, one act of kindness at a time.

Thank you for helping us share the gift of dignity this holiday season and beyond.
