Hi! My name is Tabitha Sears and I am a co-founder of the Morgan’s Message chapter at Danvers High School. Morgan’s Message is a nonprofit organization that works to raise awareness around student-athlete mental health. Here at Danvers High, being a part of Morgan’s Message is far much more than just being part of a club—it is a second family and community of student athletes. Through hard work and dedication, I have been awarded the opportunity to compete at the DECA Nationals level for the second year in a row. Competing at DECA ICDC provides me with a platform to share the mission of Morgan’s Message at Danvers High School on a national stage, raising awareness about student-athlete mental health. It also allows me to refine my communication skills, network with like-minded individuals, and gain insight from industry professionals. DECA ICDC also comes at a considerable cost, so I appreciate every donation that allows me to attend the competition!!
