The NFL Alumni Association has a nation-wide purpose of serving organizations that serve children and families, which translates into player alumni, their families, and local supporters, coming together to serve children’s charities and making a real impact in the community.
Despite social distancing mandates and restrictions during the pandemic, we continued our work. Our network of chapters continued to raise funds to support charities helping children and families.
This Holiday Season, the NFL Alumni is asking for your support.
Funds raised will be used to reach children and families who have experienced difficulties during the pandemic. That work varies in scope but all are aimed at reaching children and helping them thrive.
Recent examples include our participation in the Scholastic Book Fair to promote the importance of reading and education. We have supported Little Leagues in several Chapter cities and have volunteered at local food banks serving families who are experiencing food insecurity.
This month we will conduct a Holiday Fundraising Drive not just for toys, but also for warm winter coats and gloves for families in need. Your efforts will help bring joy to many families this holiday season!
None of this is possible without the power of the individual donor.
There is power in a community united - a sense of “oneness” that joins people together. Your support can make an impact!
