Please move beyond financial assistance and support a national movement for equal education opportunities for all. The current system of primarily property taxes funding public schools has resulted in the schools in wealthy neighborhoods spending up to five times for education as impoverished neighborhoods. And it is not just children of color suffering; twice the number of white children suffer from this system.
