Needlepoint Sanctuary is a drug user led harm reduction program whose mission is to realize the meaning of the word sanctuary within our community and to reduce the harms associated with drug use, poverty, and social inequality. We provide low barrier syringe access services to drug users throughout Maine and seek to advance policy changes through direct action and civil disobedience.
