Scholarship Donation Form

Your generous gift will help our Arizona service men/women, law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians who suffer a career-ending injury in the line of duty. By receiving vocational retraining, they can rebuild their lives and continue to support their families. Our scholarships cover expenses that are not typically included in many programs, such as transportation, internet, or necessary utilities or food during periods of training. 

Your gifts may be used to support a spouse of a fallen Arizona service member, firefighter, law enforcement officer, or EMT in securing education to pursue a higher-paying job, thereby enabling them to support their remaining family. 

Lastly, your generous support may go to the minor children of a fallen Arizona service member, law enforcement officer, firefighter, or EMT to establish educational savings plans that would not be possible without the income of both parents.
