The OTE Art Walk is a celebration of local arts and culture in the heart of Olde Towne East. It showcases our local artists, galleries, creative spaces, installations, murals and more on the Near East Side. We are in our FIFTH season of this free, public festival series and excited to learn and grow in new ways.

The June 14th 2025 OTE Art Walk event aims to connect the east and west sides of the Olde Towne East neighborhood through a NEW OTE Arts shuttle! With stops at 700 Bryden, the businesses on Parsons Ave, Fran Ryan Center, and The CBC Beer Garden at The East Market, guests can explore Olde Towne East in a larger capacity, engaging with the artists, small businesses, and creatives that make the nieghborhood rich and vibrant.

At 700 Bryden Rd. we will host a vendor market of 25+ local vendors and artists, unveil an outdoor art installation by Turner Matthews & Miles Balfour, and welcome guests inside to a 3000 sq ft gallery space for the opening of instalation project executed by Artist: Alissa Hazzard

In the surrounding neighborhood guests can "shop local" at the businesses on Parsons Ave. Grab a cup of coffee from Upper Cup, and explore shops on Parsons like Hosful, Cap City Tattoo and Mr. Seams, The Beauty Box, AJ Soseby, and more. Make a pit stop at Gemut Beirgarten or The Olde Oak for a mid-day drink and snack and then check out a local artist exhibition at The Mansion 731: "Ouiseau's Beaumont" by Abby Elise Oravec who will be making her return from a residency in the south of France and sharing debuting her new work. From there, hop on the OTE Arts Shuttle and let it take you all the way to The East Market and CBC Beer Garden and relax with friends around the firepit.
