Khaila Village: A Future Just Within Reach
Khaila Village, located in Zambia’s Sinda District, is home to 5,400 people still relying on unsafe water for daily life. Women and girls walk 1.5 kilometers each day to collect water—water that’s contaminated, unreliable, and holding them back from a better future.
But change is coming.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Rolfe Family, drilling has already been completed, yielding a safe, clean water source. Now, we need your help to finish the job.
Your gift will help fund the solar-powered system that will deliver clean water to community taps and drip irrigation that will grow nutritious crops—restoring dignity and freeing families from the burden of survival.
It means mothers like Faidess can earn income and care for their families

“My dream is to support my husband in providing for our family... I truly hope that we can get water brought to our village so we no longer have to struggle the way we do right now.”
— Faidess Banda, mother of 5, Khaila Village
Every dollar brings clean water one step closer to 5,400 people.
