Dance with Kristy blends expressive movement and meaningful choreography to awaken joy, release tension, and support emotional and physical well-being. This uplifting experience invites you to move freely, connect with your body, and enjoy the healing energy of dancing together in nature.

No dance experience is necessary. There are no steps to master and no expectations to meet. Simply come as you are, move in ways that feel natural, and celebrate the joy of being alive.

Led by Kristy Johnson, a Certified SoulPower Dance Teacher, this experience engages both body and spirit in a welcoming, non-performative, and empowering way.
