Our 6th Annual peer to peer fundraiser, actually began as a fun way to bring our community together, yet has grown into a powerful force for good. The 100 Ball Bash isn’t just about bashing golf balls, it’s about showing up for our youth and investing in their future.

This year, we’re rallying together to expand our capacity to serve even more boys and girls, ages 12 to 18, through life-changing group mentoring programs. Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping us reach more schools, host more transformative events, and build stronger connections with the young people who need us most.

Who is Youth Impact Mentoring: As caring men and women of the community, we show up for the next generation of kids, guiding them on their journey toward adulthood. As a passionate volunteer organization, we train caring adults to create safe space where kids 12-18 can drop their armor and discover their truth. Youth Impact Mentoring (formerly Boys to Men of Greater Phoenix) is a 501c3 Arizona Nonprofit, not associated with any religious organizations.

Programs we use:

School Based Mentoring: Girls & Boys. We go to where the youth are.

On campus during the day, mentors bring group mentoring to kids, which grows to peer-to-peer mentoring.

Family Mentoring Circle: We integrate youth with their single moms.

Generational healing is possible as boys and moms connect in deeper listening and learning.

Adventure Weekend- Rite of Passage: We take the boys to the mountain.

A deeper transformational experience where boys get help discovering an authentic new way of being.

Adventure Outings: We invite the boys to meet us in the village.

Open to the broader community, we gather to play, hike, and do service work while listening & speaking truth.

What We Do: We use a proven group mentoring model combined with a goal oriented, youth focused Motivational Interviewing process that allows kids to discover what’s true about themselves and to unpack what is getting in their way of being the successful adult they want to be. Mentors challenge and support kids as they look at the impact of their choices and attitudes. They learn they are not alone and are able to get real while incorporating new choices from a place of accountability and confidence. Mentors model positive adult traits, without fixing or rescuing the youth. We shine a light on what's true about each kid, inviting them to become the person they know they want to be.
