The 10-4 Community is Exculta Health + Wellness’s monthly giving program, created to ensure veterans, first responders, and their families feel heard, understood, and supported—not just once, but consistently.

By joining the 10-4 Community, your monthly gift helps provide trauma-informed mental health care, family and “hidden helper” support, and sustainable access to services in rural Missouri—where barriers to care are often greatest.
