~Help Us Serve 1,000 Lives at Father’s Backyard BBQ – June 13~

Campaign Overview:

On June 13, more than 800–1,000 individuals will gather in Gainesville, Ga for Father’s Backyard BBQ, an outreach event uniting ministries across Georgia to serve, connect, and restore hope. Redeemed Reach Logistics has been invited to provide 1,000 hygiene kits, ensuring that every person in attendance receives essential items that reinforce dignity, care, and value. This is not about excess or surplus. This is about showing up prepared with intention and meeting people where they are with something tangible that communicates: YOU MATTER!!

Why This Matters:

For many attending, this event represents more than a meal. It is an opportunity for connection, encouragement, and spiritual support, often after weeks or months of isolation. A hygiene kit may seem simple, but in this context it becomes significant. It restores a sense of personal dignity, provides a practical resource for daily living, and serves as a reminder that someone took the time to care. Moments like these create impact that extends far beyond a single day.

Funding Objective:

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to fully fund 1,000 hygiene kits. $5 provides a complete kit (25 premium items-Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, etc.) for one individual, $25 serves five individuals, and $100 equips twenty individuals. Every contribution directly supports this mission and ensures we meet the need in full.

Strategic Partnership:

This outreach brings together a coalition of ministries including Sons of Thunder, Heavenly Saints Motorcycle Ministry, Set Free Church, Lamp Ministry, The Hope Light Ministry, Soldiers of Truth, and Beth Yeshua. With more than 100 volunteers committed, the infrastructure is in place. The need now is to ensure we arrive fully equipped to serve. Timeline and Urgency:

The campaign launches April 27 with a 14-day window to reach full funding. Delays will directly impact our ability to meet demand. Fully funding this effort now allows us to shift our focus from sourcing resources to executing the mission with excellence.
